MacUpdate Promo
a deal a day on macintosh software
OfficeTime... You shouldn't have to think about how to track your time. You should just do it. Start. Stop. No hassle. OfficeTime feels intuitive because it adapts to your style, not the other way around. Behind OfficeTime's elegant and deceptively simple interface lies the power to keep track of exactly what you and your team do each day:

denny crane said 19/6 at 5:43pm The interphase is nice, but could be improved to adhere a little closer to the Mac look & function. The setting up and differentiating of categories is very nice. Reporting is very slick and thorough! I really look forward seeing what the updates have in store! (added a 2nd time, cuz I messed up on the Smile Rating). |
OwlOwl said 19/6 at 5:40pm This App would be perfect for us who need to keep track of time. We always seem to get into watching YouTube videos instead of doing our job! And, we'd know what we do each day. Like, have a habit of going to the washroom too many times? Check out this app to find out :) |
bcware said 19/6 at 10:27am Great Program! I have been on the beta team since before 1.0 and have several licenses. My Killer Feature - iCal integration allows quick collection of time from multiple machines. My Desktop and Laptop time all appear together, no exporting/importing necessary. If you're getting paid for your time, the $47 is well worth it, and it's a steal at almost half off. Pays for itself in the time it saves you on invoicing! |
DamienMcKenna said 19/6 at 5:55am I wish this had been on sale two weeks ago, I ended up buying On The Job instead as I couldn't justify the ~$50 regular price for OfficeTime. Now I wish I'd just stuck with spreadsheets for a little longer. Well worth getting if you need time tracking, this is a great app. |
BMEguy said 19/6 at 2:57am I tried all the timetrakers out there and this one was one of the best. |
big77 said 19/6 at 2:39am I played with this one for about 20 minutes, or so the timer says :-) Some things are rather intuitive and mac-like, so I give it a few stars for that. I would very much like to be able to add custom fields to the invoice or reports -- that can't be done -- we're stuck with pre-defined fields. I'll be watching for the next version and look at it again then, though many might find it just fine as-is. Definitely worth a look. |

If you are in the market for this sort of app, OfficeTime is definitely the one to go for. I have tried them all, and bought OT because it is the most well-designed and useable. Development is healthy as well.
